Allotment Finder & Application

Generally, all sites will be fully occupied or have plots presently out of use for recovery before letting. Our process for applying for a plot is via the waiting list. If you are interested in having an allotment plot of your own, please take the trouble to work through this page and make yourself aware of what is available.

Firstly, please check the description of each site by clicking on the site name below. This will display a more detailed location map and other useful information. For example, the sites vary considerably in size, and some have adequate parking and some where even street parking is problematic. All sites are provided with water and have one or more first aid station. There are no toilet facilities available on any site.

Please consider these constraints before you apply.

What Happens Now

The Membership Secretary aims to send an email confirming that you are on the Waiting List. Please check your spam folder and contact the membershipsec.brentwoodhs@gmail.com if this does not happen.

When your name reaches the top of the waiting list for any one of your site choices and the Site Representative has advised there is a vacant plot available, you will be contacted by the Membership Secretary.

Generally, you will be advised to arrange an on-site meeting with the relevant site representative to discuss your “mutual objectives”. Sometimes the site representative will contact you.

You may be given a time limit for responding – we always aim to get vacant plots filled on a timely basis to avoid the plots deteriorating.

Remember to keep your contact details up to date. Plot offers have been lost  if emails are undeliverable or no-longer used.
