Membership Costs
The present 2025-2026 cost structure is:
Plot Rental — £7/rod annually
(a rod is 30.25 square yards or circa 25 square metres).
Please note, sizes are never exact.
Membership — £6 annually.
Keys — £5 per key.
Most plots are 5 rods but sometimes we can let 2.5 rod plots to new tenants.
Options to expand to 5 rods or even 10 rods do occur. (Historically all plots were 10 rods)
